Please read these before you arrive.
For every stay
Guests and visitors
Only guests named on the booking can stay or visit.
No smoking
No smoking in the house or garden. If anyone smokes inside, we charge £75 a day.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. Please keep noise and phone calls down then. This is a busy part of East London, so you will hear the street. Earplugs help.
Rubbish
Please put your rubbish in the bins at the end of the street.
Damages
Accidents happen. Tell us straight away so we can sort it.
Booking the whole house?
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. The front door opens with a 6-digit code on the keypad. Your booking message has the code, and it works from check-in time. There is no curfew, but please be considerate if you come in late.
Making yourself at home
This is my own home, and only available to guests while I travel, so it's not a sterile rental unit and my things are still here, although packed away in cupboards. I've cleaned and tidied everything for your stay and made space for you. Nothing is locked away, but I'd appreciate you respecting the private areas with my personal things.
Kitchen
The kitchen is yours, cook as you would at home. Please run the dishwasher and leave it as you found it before checkout.
Bringing a dog
Dogs are welcome; I have my own. Please don't leave them alone in the house, and keep them off the beds.
Checkout day
Leave the house as you found it: bin your rubbish, wash up, and put any furniture back to how it was. Lift the front door handle when you leave.

My dog
My dog lives here too. Calm, and won't bother you.
Checkout day
Leave your key on the desk, leave your bedroom door open, and lift the front door handle when you leave.
Booking the Double Room with Desk?
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. This room uses physical keys, and your arrival guide explains how to collect them. Early check-in and late check-out cost extra, when the room is free. There is no curfew, but please be considerate if you come in late.

Shared home
You share the flat with your host and a friendly cat, who does not come into your room.
